This truly jumping spot has an assortment of cocktail and nighttime activities worth checking out, but I found it very pleasant in the morning, where a quieter, more subdued crowd plays against the hip decor with a down home menu. Their pulled pork hash ($10), served on a bed of sauteed peppers and onions with two perfectly poached eggs and your own pouring pitcher of hollandaise sauce, while their “Big Ol’ Waffle” ($12), served with plenty of melted butter, spiced pecans and a generous side of chicken wings should put you in the true Memphis spirit.
